SUMMARY:Completion of Jackson View landing Buffer Project
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, January 16th at 9:00 am we (Lake Jackson Aquatic Preserve)\, will finally be completing the Jackson View landing Buffer Project. \n\nThis project will restore two small areas with native plants to increase wildlife habitat and reduce erosion problems. \n\nTasks will include picking up trash\, mulching\, planting\, and watering. \n\nIf you are interested in volunteering please bring gloves\, pitchforks\, shovels\, and trowels. \n\nWe will have *some* tools to share and water coolers so please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. \n\n\n\n
