NEW! DRAFT-Oklockonee River and Bay Watershed Characterization (SWIM Program) now online for review!
Public meeting was held on Wednesday, February 15th, to support development of a Surface Water Improvement and Management (SWIM) plan for the Ochlockonee River and Bay watershed.
This meetings featured presentations about current watershed challenges, proposed plan objectives, and project options and criteria. T
To support development of the draft SWIM plan, a watershed characterization report has been developed and is available for public review. Please see http://www.nwfwater.com/Water-Resources/SWIM/SWIM-Plan-Updates to access the characterization report, as well as meeting agendas.
The plan development process will continue over the months ahead, the draft SWIM plan is available for public review and comment.
